Refunds & Returns Policy

At Zaiqa Khas, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy is designed in compliance with Consumer Protection Laws in Pakistan, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product has expired or is unfit for consumption.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of food items (Desi Ghee, Oatmeal, Pickles), products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or through bank transfer / mobile wallet within 7–10 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@zaiqakhas.com or call +92 334 9691 779 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (if accepted at all).
5. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under Pakistani Consumer Protection Laws, including the right to receive safe, hygienic, and as-described products.
