Our Traditional Process

The journey begins with fresh, pure buffalo milk from healthy, grass-fed animals. The milk is boiled, cooled, and set into thick curd through natural fermentation. This curd is churned in a traditional chaati (clay pot), yielding rich, creamy butter.

The butter is then slowly simmered on a low flame in stainless-steel pots. As the aroma deepens, it transforms into golden, nutty buffalo ghee — denser and creamier than cow ghee. Finally, it’s carefully filtered, leaving behind pure, flavorful Desi Buffalo Ghee — exactly how our elders made it.
